WVDOT PT-AVIS System - Welcome Public Transit Agency Users
About the System: PT-AVIS is your platform for managing public-transit data and submitting the required monthly or yearly logs for your agency (PT-5307, PT-5310, & PT-5311). After activating your account, simply log in to review, enter, or update your agency’s log data as needed.
Monthly Maintenance: The system is available 24/7 except for a short maintenance window each month—from 11:00 PM on the last day of the month until 7:00 AM on the first day of the next month.
