AWP User Account Access Request Instructions


  1. The Industry / Vendor (Consultant/Contractor) will fill out the webpage form (here) to request a User ID.
  2. Each User ID must be associated to a unique person. No shared logins shall be requested and no accounts shall be shared.
  3. Once submitted, the respective District will be notified automatically. They will review the request and if valid, approve the request.
  4. Once approved by the District, MCS&T and OT will review and if valid, approve the request.
  5. Once approved and a User ID is assigned, the Industry / Vendor (Consultant/Contractor) will contact District to request contract access.
    1. If an Industry / Vendor (Consultant/Contractor) already has a User ID, but needs access to a new contract, they will follow the same procedure.
  6. The District will fill out a separate form to request contract access for each new instances of contract authority
  7. The District shall notify MCS&T when the user’s work is completed on the contract so their access may be expired.
  8. In the case where a user moves companies or is no longer performing the work, the District shall notify MCS&T who will expire the access.
